  1. Customer Order Confirmation: Physical inspection of the vehicle(s) to ensure they meet expectations.

  2. Inspection Report & Proforma Invoice: Detailed report and invoice sent for approval.

  3. Shipping Mode Confirmation: Selection of shipping method (Roll-on/Roll-off or Container).

  4. Initial Payment: Minimum 70% payment required before bidding at auction.

  5. Optional Customer Participation: Customers may join the bidding process online.

  6. Successful Bid: Payment and export paperwork preparation.

  7. Shipping Arrangements: Vehicle sent to trusted shipping partners.

  8. Invoice for Remaining Balance: Final balance invoiced after shipping.

  9. Final Payment & Delivery: Necessary documents sent for vehicle collection at the destination port.
